Terms and Conditions (T&C)
1. Scope of Application
The following Terms and Conditions apply to all orders placed via our online shop.
Our online shop is intended exclusively for consumers.
A consumer is any natural person who concludes a legal transaction for purposes that can predominantly neither be attributed to their commercial nor their self-employed professional activity.
An entrepreneur is a natural or legal person or a partnership with legal capacity who, when concluding a legal transaction, acts in the exercise of their commercial or self-employed professional activity.
2. Contractual Partner, Conclusion of Contract, Correction Options
The purchase contract is concluded as soon as you submit an order in the online shop.
By placing products in the online shop, we make a binding offer to conclude a contract.
You can initially place products in the shopping cart without obligation and correct your entries at any time before submitting the binding order by using the correction tools provided in the ordering process.
The contract is concluded when you accept the offer for the products contained in the shopping cart by clicking the order button.
Immediately after submitting the order, you will receive an order confirmation by email.
3. Contract Language, Storage of Contract Text
The language available for the conclusion of the contract is German.
The contract text is not stored by us.
4. Delivery Conditions
We ship the products to the delivery address specified during the ordering process.
We deliver exclusively by shipping.
Self-collection of the goods is not possible.
Deliveries to packing stations are not possible.
5. Payment
The following payment methods are available:
Credit Card
You enter your credit card details during the ordering process. The charge is made immediately after the order is placed.
PayPal
To pay the invoice amount via PayPal, you must be registered there, log in, and confirm the payment.
The payment is executed immediately after the order is submitted.
PayPal may offer additional payment options to individual customers. We have no influence over this.
6. Warranty and Guarantees

The statutory warranty rights apply.
6.2 Guarantees and Customer Service
Information on existing guarantees and their conditions can be found with the respective product or on corresponding information pages in the shop.
7. Withdrawal & Returns
You have the right to withdraw from your order within 30 days and return the item.
The conditions and details can be found in our cancellation policy.
8. Dispute Resolution
We are not obliged and not willing to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.
